Tasha Jo Hill

Tasha Jo Hill began her career as a Disability Insurance Specialist in 2002, which has involved educating hundreds of advisors and their clients about the role of income protection in a sound financial strategy. In 2013, she was named Guardian’s “Disability Insurance Specialist of the Year” and in 2016 she was inducted into their “Disability Insurance Circle of Excellence Hall of Fame.” A student of the Disney Institute, Tasha Jo is passionate about providing an elevated customer service experience for both her advisor associates and consumers alike. She is also a long-time member and two-time Past President of the Cleveland chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) – an association which requires its members to adhere to a strict code of ethics. Tasha Jo resides in Richfield, Ohio with her husband, Michael Poldruhi, and their two cats.
